Tonight we enjoyed a good Southern style meal: chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, sweet corn on the cob, rolls, cream gravy, and sweet ice tea. D-licious!!! I'm getting better at frying. Have any good tips? What do you use for batter? How do you make the batter for sweet and sour chicken? I've been wondering that for some time and no one has been able to give me an answer.
